    The Asia-Pacific Development Information Programme (APDIP) is an initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) that aims to promote the development and application of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for poverty alleviation and sustainable human development in the Asia-Pacific region.   • Commonwealth Center for e-governance
    The Commonwealth Centre for e-Governance (CCEG) is a think tank operating under the auspices of an e-Governance program of the Commonwealth Secretariat in London, UK. CCEG is a legal entity incorporated in the United Kingdom and Canada in November 2000. The purpose of the Commonwealth Centre for e-Governance is to provide insight and knowledge on the changing nature of governments in our growing technology infrastructures. The CCEG is working to develop sets of best practices on how best to use technologies to implement the goals and objectives of public administration.

  • The Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development of the Organization of American States
    Has launched a new Internet-based initiative for sharing lessons learned and best practices, the E-Gov Best Practices Forum, to be conducted inter-actively on the Internet once a month. The objective of this initiative is to provide practical experience and best practices for leaders of E-Government strategies in each of the member states of the OAS and to familiarize them with the plans of their colleagues who share similar responsibilities in other countries.
