You will need to submit the following items to complete your application.

Application form: The application form (202 kb) (RTF) is downloadable as a rich text file (RTF).

Cover letter: Forward your cover letter along with the other documents (by e-mail attachment in RTF, Word or WordPerfect format). Your letter should carefully detail why your background would be of interest to a host organization.

Résumé: Forward your résumé along with the other documents (by e-mail attachment in RTF, Word or WordPerfect format, by fax, e-mail or by mail).

Copy of a recent research paper (no more than 30 pages): Forward your research paper along with the other documents (by e-mail attachment in RTF, Word or WordPerfect format).

Transcripts: Photocopies of your university transcripts (to be sent by fax or mail) are acceptable. If you are in school at the time of application, please forward your most up-to-date transcripts.

References: Two letters of reference (one professional and one academic reference). The contact information needs to be included in the letter. Reference letters may be scanned and attached to the e-mailed application, however we will accept letters from the referees directly.
