• Visit the Library: By appointment Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Materials may be browsed and used only at the library, as borrowing privileges and interlibrary loan services are not provided. A photocopier is available on-site.

Requesting Materials

Articles: The Library will supply photocopies of articles to researchers at the following rates:

• Photocopying and fax or mail service:
• Within Canada and U.S.-- $5 Cdn for 10 pages
• Outside Canada and U.S.--$10 Cdn for 10 pages
• Developing countries -- either no or minimal charges and decided case by case

Note: IISD's library supplies copied material according to the exceptions set out in the Canadian Copyright Act

Books, reports and journals: IISD does not lend publications, except to IISD staff and associates.
