Gerhard Mulder


Gerhard Mulder is currently employed by the Dutch agency Senter where his main activities include identifying and evaluating GHG reduction projects in Central-America and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Senter, Gerhard worked as an emissions broker for Natsource in New York City. His focus there was on domestic trading regimes such as the NOx Trading Programme and the market for Emissions Reduction Credits. Before Natsource he was employed with ICF Consulting in Washington D.C. where he performed economic evaluations of new powerplants in the United States and Europe. Gerhard holds a Master degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and a Master degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York City.
