Stanley Burgiel


Having resolved the complexities of biosafety and intellectual property rights (at least within his own mind), Stas Burgiel completed his Ph.D. at the American University in Washington, DC. After more than five years of writing for the Earth Negotiations Bulletin, Stas has moved on to a position as International Policy Analyst for Defenders of Wildlife, although he still edits the occasional ENB.
Stanley Burgiel is no longer affiliated with IISD.
