Keith Ripley has an MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. He founded Temas Actuales LLC, a specialized consultancy focused principally on environmental/health law/policy issues in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), and writes The Temas Blog on these issues. He authored the “International Organizations Regulatory Guidebook” 1982-95, and “Solid Wastes and Recycling in Latin America & the Caribbean: Trends & Policies” in 1998 and 2002. Keith moderates the Environment Forum on DR1.com, and leads a “team blog” on Dominican environment issues. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
