Kaitlyn Finner

Program Manager, NAP Global Network

Kaitlyn is a Project Manager with IISD’s Resilience program, managing the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Global Network for which IISD serves as secretariat.

Kaitlyn brings a broad range of policy experience focused on climate and food security issues. Building on research and implementation roles focused on human rights policies in Peru and food systems in Northern Ghana with Engineers Without Borders, Kaitlyn pursued a Masters in Geography and Development Studies at McGill University, working in partnership with the Rigolet Inuit Community Government. Following this experience, she worked as a Policy Analyst with the Nunatsiavut Government in Labrador Canada, where she contributed to the climate change, energy, and housing files and led the implementation of the Nunatsiavut Energy Security Plan. She has also worked in policy and evaluation at the International Development Research Centre.
