Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Flavia Thomé is the Program Administrator for IISD’s Trade Knowledge Network and Investment programs. She is a Prince2 qualified project manager, with responsibilities that include planning and reporting, financial management and proposal development.
Flavia’s professional background is a blend of profit and not-for-profit experiences. Prior to joining IISD, she worked for four years as a consultant for Accenture in London and also as a research fellow at the UN-Habitat regional office for Latin America and the Caribbean. Flavia brings experience in financial and project management, as well as academic and professional expertise in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Flavia has an international background: born in Brazil, she has since lived in France, Malaysia, the United Kingdom and now Switzerland.
