Responsibility for the Environment - Reclamation

Small scale, community based development should be the goal, consistent with the current needs of the communities. Local economies can be created and developed in ways that not only create economic opportunity but interdependence among those who participate. In other words, the sense of community cannot be lost in order to simply provide for individual needs.
